Through a coalition of leading academic medical center laboratories and subspecialty pathologists, Atalan expands access to high-value laboratory services, ultimately improving patient diagnostics and care.  SpiveyCo served on the Atalan board, served as the company’s first CIO, and lead a team of 30+ individuals in building the company’s state-of-the-art software platform for advanced laboratory integrations.

CaseSherpa was founded with a vision to help patients through the complex maze of modern healthcare.  As a patient engagement platform, CaseSherpa combines remote care resources and with a customized technology platform to transform patient engagement. The company offers Chronic Care Management and Patient Navigation Services to physician practices, primarily in women’s health. Using customizable care plans CaseSherpa automates patient outreach and engagement to help achieve health goals. SpiveyCo was one of the founders of CaseSherpa.

Qvive Health was built to increase Electronic Laboratory Reporting (ELR) usage by laboratories across the U.S. Through a partnership with the Association of Public Health Laboratories (APHL) and utilizing the AIMS plaform, Qvive allowed reporters to quickly send laboratory testing results tailored to the distinct messaging standards of public health laboratories and agencies of all 50 states, the District of Columbia, and several large cities and counties.​​  SpiveyCo was one of the founders of Qvive. 

Kallaco was developed as a unique technology platform during the COVID-19 pandemic that provided organizations with a software solution for immediate and ongoing health tracking.  By combining diagnostic services, digital health devices, and population health management software into a single software platform, Kallaco empowered businesses, educational institutions, and healthcare systems to test, monitor, and track the health of their communities. The platform was a powerful tool in the COVID-19 fight!  SpiveyCo founded Kallaco. 

Availiant Healthcare Strategies was created as a full-service management consulting firm with a special emphasis on technology solutions that improve healthcare delivery.  Availiant helped clients transform toward increased efficiency, sustainable growth, and cost control within their specific healthcare disciplines.  SpiveyCo founded Availiant.

Constance Ventures was created to make strategic investments in a variety of technology opportunities, specifically focused on software solutions to that improved efficiencies and operational excellence within a variety of business disciplines.  SpiveyCo founded Constance Ventures. 

EngageDX was built as a SAAS platform to be the “Business Process Optimization Engine” for Healthcare Diagnostics.  The platform aligned lab operations, patient care, and provided complex integration between multiple labs with rules-based routing for sample delivery and revenue cycle reconciliation.  SpiveyCo founded EngageDX.

Sigma Health Ventures was a software and services partnership that specialized in licensing existing intellectual property and developing / integrating new applications and platforms for use in a variety of medical disciplines and healthcare settings.  SpiveyCo was a founding member of Sigma Health Ventures. 

BHN is an integrated healthcare services company providing software, services, and products to improve the delivery of pelvic health diagnostics and procedures for OB-GYN and Urology offices across the United States.  SpiveyCo was a founding member of BHN.
